Plain English, because nobody should need a lawyer to read a game show website.
What we collect
The only information we collect is what you type into the form on our home page: your name, your company or group, your email address, your phone number, your event date, roughly how many people you expect, where the event is, and anything you choose to tell us about your crowd.
We don't run advertising trackers, we don't build a profile on you, and we don't sell, rent or trade your information to anybody. Ever.
What happens to it
When you submit the form it is delivered to us by email through a third-party form service, FormSubmit. It reaches our inbox and stays there. We use it for one thing: to answer you about your event.
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs. Those are ordinary technical records that every website generates.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails stay in our inbox as part of our normal business records. If you'd rather we deleted yours, email or call us and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to keep the site working and protect it from abuse.
Photos
The photographs on this site are from events Game Show USA has produced. If you appear in one and would like it removed, contact us and we'll take it down.
Booking terms, in short
- We take one event per day. Submitting the form is a request to check a date, not a booking.
- A date is only held once there is a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer.
- Your signed contract is the agreement that governs your event. Where anything on this page differs from your contract, the contract controls.
Accessibility
We've built this site to be usable with a keyboard and with a screen reader, with text that meets contrast standards. If something here doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it — and if the website is in your way, just call and we'll handle your booking by phone.
If you have accessibility needs at your event itself, raise them at the consultation and we'll build the show around them.
